HiberniaIt was a beautiful Fall day as the club trekked over to Lake Mayo. Crystal clear water and nearly as clear skies greeted the anglers, along with some ravenous fish. It seemed just about any bait was able to catch fish, with 11 of 16 anglers bringing in a limit. Those anglers weighed 72 fish weighing 144.81 lbs.
Jonathon led the way with his limit weighing 14.21 lbs
Troy was close on his tail with 13.71 lbs, while also bringing the day’s biggest fish at 6.09 lbs.
Barry grabbed the last “check” with 11.86 lbs.
Finally we will throw in an honorable mention to Lane Z fishing his first tournament and weighing his first limit – 8.39 lbs. Pretty sure his Dad is holding 2 of those fish.
Next stop is our season finale on Kerr Lake. We have a super close race at the top. This tournament will determine the annual champ.
