HiberniaThe final tournament of the year was accompanied by absolutely gorgeous weather. Starting temps in the low 50’s topped out in the mid 70’s by weigh in time, all with bluebird skies.
Mean Gene the Carolina Rigging machine came out of quarantine to show the young guns he still had some fight left (and obviously plenty of knowledge about Kerr). He came to the scales with 12.26 lbs, including this 4.08 lb kicker, which was the day’s big fish. Way to go DUDE!
The day’s only other limit was brought in by Linnie, weighing 11.08 lbs, good enough for 2nd place on the day. The strong showing also helped Linnie leap-frog 2 anglers to finish the year in 4th place.
