HiberniaSome extremely cold weather forced us to move our tournament to Sunday. Seems that might have been a good decision as the fish were BITING! For February, it was a damn good day for most anglers. 16 anglers brought 43 bass to the scales weighing over 108 lbs. Great way to start the year.
Picking up where he left off last year, Greg took the W. His 21.08 lb bag may hold up for the entire year as the big sack as it’s the largest sack in a few years. His 6.84 lb bass was also the day’s largest.
Damon also brought an impressive limit to the scales. His 12.40 lb bag was just good enough for 2nd.
Rounding out the top three was Barry, bringing in a limit weighing exactly 12 lbs. Just enough to make a colonoscopy worth looking forward to.
Next we head to Mayo in March.
